Pewaukee Lake Beach Pier is one of the few lakes in SE Wisconsin that faces west during sunset!
Enjoy breathtaking views on one of the few local lakes in SE Wisconsin to see sunset all year round! From September to March the sun lines up perfectly across the lake, otherwise the sun sets to the north (right) of the beach in the summertime. There are plenty of spots to sit and watch as the sun goes down. This is a great local spot to go on a date, photograph some reflections, go for a swim, or go fish on the pier for a few hours! There is a 1/4 mile long beach you can walk along as well!
In the summertime, they play weekly concerts on Wednesday and Thursday nights at the pavilion on the beach and have waterski shows.
