About this place

Added by Anna Callaghan

Anti-Aircraft Peak Loop offers view of Mount Baker/North Cascades from the top and is located a short drive east along highway 90 from Seattle, Washington.

Head up the road about .75 miles and take a left onto the Klondike Swamp Trail (well-singed). Stay on Klondike for a mile before taking a left onto Lost Beagle Trail. From here the trail climbs uphill and wraps around the edge of the park, offering views of the surrounding area. Hop on Shangri-La Trail briefly before hanging a quick right onto Anti-Aircraft Ridge Trail and stay to the left at the next fork and then go right on the Klondike Swamp Trail to take you back to the parking lot.

To get there take exit 13 off of I-90 (coming from Seattle) and drive south on Lakemont Blvd (it becomes Newcastle-Coal Creek Road). Turn left on Cougar Mountain Way and right on 166th, go about .75 miles and park in the lot.
