About this place

Added by Nick Garcia

The route to Haybrook Ridge is a new trail created by the Washington Trail Association, which is a great, easy hike offering beautiful views of the Central Cascades.

Although short, this new trail is a great warm-up to the many other trails this area has to offer. Starting immediately across the North Fork Skyhomish River at the new trailhead, you will make your way up this moderately steep hike to the Heybrook Ridge. once you reach the top of the trail, you will cross two sets of power lines and an old utility road before making it to the viewpoint. From this viewpoint, you can get a glimpse of the beautiful Bridal Veil Falls and Mt. Index.

You can also continue along the path, which meets up with the Heybrook Lookout Trail if you'd like to extend. your hike.
