Franklin Falls via Wagon Road Trail is an alternate route to the falls adjacent to the Franklin Falls Trail.
Off the 90 East of Seattle lies the Wagon Road Trailhead. The hike is just about 2 miles and at 400ft elevation gain we had an easy time hiking to the falls. At the end was the 70ft waterfall. The best times to view it are April - July; however, after a rain storm the falls and rivers are constantly flowing at high capacity.
This is an easy hike and you can get as close to the falls as you want. Be extremely cautious when approaching as the rock is very slick and the power of the falls is prevalent. Standing underneath the falls is not advised.
