Nice short hike to that takes you right up to the arch. It can easily be done with small children and is great for families.
Starting from the parking you can see the arch. At the start of the trail there is a small sign with information about Skyline Arch. From here the trail is very straightforward and leads you up to the base of the arch. This hike may be short but it still gives you great views over Salt Valley and some fins of sandstone. Overall this is a great short hike for families to experience some of Arches National Park. Make sure to practice Leave No Trace and stay on the trail to help the environment.
