Adventure begins in Little Rock
As the capital of Arkansas, Little Rock is the perfect place to start exploring and Pinnacle Mountain State Park is a must-do on your travel itinerary. When early settlers arrived on the land, they noticed the cone-shaped mountain and the rest was history. With over 15 miles of trails, 7 miles of biking trails, 2 rivers, and an arboretum, a full-day excursion is planned in one location.
Outside city limits
Needing more expansive opportunities for less chartered outdoor experiences? Head over to Kings River or Buffalo National River for some fishing, camping, and taking in the unique flora and fauna in Arkansas's nature-rich spaces. After enjoying the food scene and everything bigger cities like Little Rock and Bentonville have to offer, take a drive outside city limits for some backcountry aerial adventure.
