This stunning overlook of the Tennessee River Gorge is a short 30 minute drive from downtown Chattanooga and can be accessed via a short gravel path. Might be one of the best views around!
To hit one of the best panoramic views of the Tennessee River Gorge, head into Prentice Cooper State Forest and head straight for Snoopers Rock. This 6,000+ acre protected park is home to over 35 miles of trails, campsites, and so much more.
To access Snoopers Rock, you can drive through Prentice Cooper and park just yards away from the gorgeous viewpoint. But if you are up for a hike, Mullens Cove Loop is an excellent, well-marked hike stemming from the viewing area.

Great views with hardly no walk at all

Sunrises!
One of my favorite places to watch the sunrise. Especially with the inverted clouds. It's a gorgeous spot and so easy to get to.
