Camping, accessible trails, nature, and of course, the beach at Edisto State Beach Park, Florida!
Edisto Beach State Park is located on the coast of South Carolina. There are two campgrounds at this state park, one of which fronts the Atlantic Ocean and the other which is more inland. (If you want shade, book a campsite inland under the canopy of live oaks. If you want full sun, book a site at the ocean-side campground.)
The campground sites have a picnic table and easy water access. Some sites have electric. RV's and camper vans are welcome. Tents, too. There's a few walk-to tent sites at the inland campground (Live Oak Campground) that are private and secluded. The accessible bathroom is located at the Live Oak Campground.
In addition to camping, there are also 4 miles of accessible trails to explore, lots of places to ride your bike, fishing, a boat ramp and dock, and two first-come, first-serve picnic shelters.
And if this still isn't enough to intrigue you, the park is also a nesting area for loggerhead turtles! Check the park website for more information.
