Cruise around in Coron Town Proper

There are dozens of places you can rent scooters all over the Philippines, all are very similarly priced, and pretty cheap. We did scooters/mopeds for 5 hours for 300 pesos, about $6 (USD). It is buy your own gas, so absolutely fill up your tank. Not only is it cheap, but it gives you far more range to explore without having to worry. There are not a lot of gas stations once you get outside Coron Town proper, plan ahead. Our main destination on this trip was Marcilla Beach, on the southeastern corner. Off of that main goal, we just drove around and took random side roads. My absolute favorite of the trip is all the kids wanted high fives from the guys on the mopeds. They would line up 5 at a time with their hands out, if you feel confident and safe, they got the biggest kick out of it. I loved it. Go Explore!
