Boiler Bay State Scenic Viewpoint is a stunning coastal gem on the Oregon coastline. Boiler Bay offers up picturesque panorama views of the Pacific Ocean and rugged cliffs.
Located just north of Depoe Bay, this state scenic viewpoint is a great stop for not only taking in the landscape but also is a prime location for whale watching during the migratory season and other marine wildlife. If you bring your binoculars, this is also a good location for birdwatching with a diverse array of seabirds flying by.
Bring a picnic and a blanket if you want to kick back and relax for a bit!

There is ample parking and well-maintained trails out to the viewpoint.
History
The site is home to some maritime heritage, with remnants of the SS J. Marhoffer shipwreck visible during low tide. You can check the tides here.
