About this place

Added by Jared Beeler

Beautiful waterfall with a short hike and great parking.

The drive to this waterfall can be a little muddy when there is a lot of rain and can need an AWD or 4WD in the rain. The road has some new gravel laid in parts so it could be improved in a few months. In the summer there is also a chance of seeing large dump trucks and logging trucks, but the road is always open to the public so they will let you through. From the parking lot the trail runs straight out along a small old road bed. The hike to the waterfall decreases in elevation about 400 feet to the waterfall. There is a small pool of water but not much for swimming. The waterfall is a 65 foot cascading waterfall. The hike can be a bit of a workout because the whole hike is up hill on the way back from the waterfall.
