Hollow Rock Trail, a 3.4 mile loop in the Rocky Face Mountain Recreational Area, offers a great opportunity for hiking and trail running. This trail is open year round and is dog friendly.
From the parking lot, head northwest to find the trailhead for Buzzard Roost Loop. Follow that and stay left to meet up with the Hollow Rock Trail. This is a moderate hike with great views of the park. Perfect for a quick escape with the family.

Great Spot!
We missed the Buzzard Loop and ended up doing the Vertical Mile Challenge before hopping on The hollow rock trail. Great hike overall.
