About this place

Added by Jake Sells

A few miles from downtown, escape and enjoy hiking through the creek or following the trail that run alongside the bank of the creek for a fun adventure for any age.

From the parking lot follow the only trail heading downhill, the yellow trail. At the first and second forks in the trail, stay left remaining on the yellow trail. When you reach the creek, I prefer to trek through the creek on a summer day.

However the yellow trial crosses the creek and continues to run down the creek's bank and crossing a large stone bridge downstream. If you choose the creek passage then you can continue along the yellow trail back up to the parking area when you intersect with this stone bridge.

A great trip to make with families, and is generally desolate with other people exploring.

Local and Scenic
Got caught in the rain but was still a nice, easy hike that's not too far away.
