This is not a place to see wild flowers as the overview says. Very easy hiking but download a trail map before embarking. I got caught in a wind and sand storm here and would not have made it back to the trailhead without the map. Very unnatural hoodoo and formations and you'll see some very interesting things. Definitely a must do New Mexico hike!!
Weather was great until a sandstorm blew in. Even bugs don't live out here its so desolate! Absolutely loved it
