See New Jersey's beautiful beaches. Lots of small towns nearby. Great surf in the winter. If you know where to look, you can find some great secluded waves.
Head to the Jersey Shore to hunt for some of the best winter waves. Depending on the conditions, you'll score some amazing local breaks or spend a lot of time in the car hunting for a good spot—try to head out with a local and you're sure to find a break away from the crowds, from Sandy Hook to Island Beach State Park.
