Any trip to Colorado wouldn't be complete without a craft beer, and Bierstadt Lagerhaus is truly the crown jewel.
While Red Rocks certainly isn't a HIDDEN gem, it's an absolute can't-miss. Perhaps one of the most iconic live music venues in the world, this natural amphitheater hosts world-class musicians all summer long.
The park is also a fitness and nature hotspot, featuring miles of hiking trails, and weekly yoga on the Rocks.
Hike from the trailhead below if you want to bag one of the 56 famous "14ers" in Colorado. At 14,265 feet above sea-level this hike isn't for the flat landers. If you don't have enough time to acclimate properly, it also boasts the highest paved road in North America so you can still take in those summit views without risking your health!
