Cahuenga Peak Loop Trail is an intermediate hike that climbs peaks just west of Griffith Park, past the wisdom tree, and rewards hikers with unmatched views of Los Angeles.
The Cahuenga Peak Loop is perfect for trail runners and hikers. The trailhead is in Hollywood Hills - park off to the side on a street. This trail features beautiful wildflowers in the spring. Dogs are allowed on the trail if kept on leash. The trail can be dusty and dirty, so watch your step. Keep your eyes peeled for lizards, snakes, hawks, and other wildlife!
If you are hiking this trail in the summer - bring adequate water and sun protection. There is no shade on the trail.
