Enjoy scenic camping right next to the Trinity River.
The campground amenities include 20 tent/trailer campsites, group picnic area, picnic tables, telephone, beach, paved loop road, flush and vault toilets, potable water, and fire rings. MAX trailer length is 28 feet.
Douglas City is located along the Trinity River. Follow State Highway 299 to Douglas City, turn onto Steiner Flat Road and go about one-half mile west of Douglas City to the campground turnoff.
The campground is dog-friendly, but please keep your dogs on-leash.
Fees: $10 (per vehicle/night), $5 for extra vehicle
