A couple weeks ago, at the beginning of social isolation, images began to populate our social media feeds that showcased a few curious individuals doing very curious things within the confines of their homes. Sure, let’s slide into those La Sportivas and drop a cam in the crack between our kitchen counter and the dishwasher, but that bookshelf is waaaay too chossy, bro. Quarantine, day 19. Everything is fine, thank you.

NEMO decided to take this idea and run with it, and frankly, we’re psyched. On Friday, the outdoor adventure outfitter launched an Adventure In Place photo challenge. Highballing the brick chimney? Watching the stars from your sweet hammock setup? Bootpacking in your backyard?

However you’re choosing to spend your time in social isolation, NEMO just asks that you snap a photo and tag @nemoequipment. (But see the full rules for entry.) The grand prize includes NEMO’s industry-best camp chairs and camp blankets, valued at over $500 for the entire haul.

Sounds like fun. We can’t wait to see the newest innovations in backyard adventure.
