Participate in a guided tour by the vineyards and through the multilevel underground winery bunker.
Tours are offered in English or Italian, and a wine tasting is included. You can chose between 3 or 5 wines, and for an additional fee they offer local salami and cheese to accompany your tasting. Overall the price is very affordable considering you get to experience the whole process and have a few glasses of wine at the end, including a glass of their most expensive (100 euro) bottle.
Their vineyards are beautiful, sweeping fields along a ridge overlooking the town of Illasi. The "bunker" is a three story underground winery where they store and process the grapes and alcohol. It can be a bit chilly down there so I suggest bringing a sweatshirt! I also recommend you have some extra cash in case you'd like to bring home a bottle of wine that you enjoyed!
