Waterfalls, fishing, and scenic hikes make Forks of the Credit Provincial Park a worthy afternoon hike. Pack a picnic and a friend anytime of year.
The main parking lot is off of McLaren Road on the north-east side of the park, with an honour-pay system. Multiple hiking loops are well marked, with clear "Falls this way!" arrows on every sign.
There are some steep down/up walks on wooden staircases that lead to both the river fishing spots and falls-view lookouts. In the summer the wild grass fields make a great place for a picnic. In the fall, come for the stunning leaves changing.
