Take in stunning alpine views of the famous Valley of the Ten Peaks as you head to Eiffel Peak. A much more unique photo opportunity of Moraine Lake. Views of several prominent glaciers and the gorgeous Paradise Valley. The Eiffel Tower rock formation viewable from the summit. 11km roundtrip. 1300m of Elevation gain.
Starting from the parking lot at Moraine Lake follow the trail as it switchbacks up away from the lake. At a spot with two benches the trail will split, the majority continue on to Sentinel Pass and Mt. Temple, take the left fork, it will dip down to a rocky stream, cross that and ascend the skyline ridge.
At the end of the ridge there is an obvious trail that works its way up the scree slope, If you're going in shoulder season there may be a snowfield covering the upper portion of the trail changing this hike to a scramble where you'll have to be comfortable with simple route finding and some minor exposure.
