Hike Along Tent Ridge

Starting off just past the Mt Engadine Lodge there is a make shift parking lot on your right hand side (usually filled with 10 or so cars depending when you go) This trail is a loop so there are two trail heads. The first is easily seen about 500m up the road on your left and the second was about 500 m before the parking lot on your left. Either way you take you have about a 3km hike in the trees before you start making your way up and across the ridge. The trail is approx. 10.6km in total and takes about 4-5 hours to complete the loop, if going at a leisurely pace or depending on ability. The total elevation gain is about 615m

Once along the ridge you are treated to amazing views of Spray Lakes, Shark Lake, and Commonwealth Lake. If you try to count the many mountain peaks you might be there for a while as they are as far as the eye can see!
