At Torrey Pines Gliderport, watching the hang gliders soar over the Pacific Ocean with sweeping views up the beaches to the north and south makes for a great spot to see San Diego.
Park at the Torrey Pines Gliderport and walk to the railing over the cliffs. From there you can see north to Black's Beach and the Torrey Pines golf course. To the south you can see La Jolla Shores and La Jolla cove. Walk the path down to Black's Beach if you want some exercise. There is food and drinks at a concession stand at the Gliderport as well. If you're feeling adventurous schedule a gliding session for a better view!

First stop after getting into town
This is an amazing place to catch a sunset. I had never seen the gliders before. Now I wanna do that too lol.
