This secluded spot is absolutely epic for photography. Stunning coastal views and colorful sunrises make for amazing shots.
To get to Soper's Hole Tortola, BVI, if you're a non-British citizen, requires a passport and valid ID (and anything else that is required for travel in the country). To enter the territory, I flew into St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, and then took a ferry to Soper's Hole, Tortola, BVI. Then drive or walk (it's a small town) to any of the jaw dropping coastal views. Personally I walked and photographed the sunrise by a small hotel called Frenchmans Cay Hotel (it's not a huge corporate resort, it only consists a few villas). This place is beautiful and has a sick cliff on coast!
Once finding your spot, sit down and wait. Take in the amazing views and enjoy a beautiful sunrise! I also highly advise staying at least 30 minutes after the sun has risen. This time frame leads to some of the craziest colors you've ever seen. I recommend using The Photographer's Ephemeris app, which allows you to pinpoint the sun from your exact location, as well as find out the rise and set times.
