Just a 5 min drive or 10 min walk from Noosa Heads main beach you'll find the considerably less busy soft sand of Noosa Spit Recreation Reserve. Its a perfect spot for beginner surfers. Lessons are offered daily. Or If you prefer doing your own thing boards can be rented by the main beach and a quick walk brings you to the consistent easy surf. Perfect for having some fun and getting you the experience you need to tackle some rougher waves. The spot is good for Paddleboarding as well, allowing you to have a relaxed paddle beyond the break or to practice surfing in.

When you've tired yourself out from the surf the beach is a welcome break from the crowds at the main beach and perfect for having a relaxing beach day.
