Walpa Gorge Walk is a beautiful 2.6km family-friendly hike inside Kata Tjuta in the Northern Territory of Australia. Kata Tjuta is about 40km from Uluru. The trail is fairly exposed, so go early especially on hot, sunny days.
PERMITS
A park pass is required for Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Passes may be purchased online at ParksAustralia.gov.au/uluru/plan/passes.
PETS
Dogs are not permitted on this trail.
