Float down this beautiful creek on your kayak, canoe or tube!
Search for “Cox Creek Bridge Canoe Ramp” and your map will lead you to the put-in for Cypress Creek! It’s a beautiful spot in the Florence area of North Alabama where all of the locals like to float or paddle. Canoe, kayak or tube - whatever you’re in the mood for! Bring your beach chairs and a cooler and make it a day trip. You can even bring your fishing pole! There are plenty of places to stop and take a break. The take out spot is at Wildwood Park and you will want to be sure you have a way to get back to your vehicle.
