Osha Loop is a fairly easy trail near Cloudcroft, NM. This is a great place to escape the heat in the summer. Good views of Cloudcroft, Whitesands, and the Lincoln National Forest.
Pleasant hike located in the higher elevations of the Sacramento Mountains. Fairly easy hike through forests and meadows. Very good views of the mountains, Whitesands National Monument, and Cloudcroft. Abundant wildflowers in the summer. Good opportunity to connect to other trails in the area. Much cooler temperatures than in the valleys in the summer. The trail is also good to see some fall colors in the autumn.

Very nice hike
Not overly difficult, pretty shady. Enough incline to get your heart rate up.
